  1. Smoking is the most bad thing to do in life. It is bad for both male and female. Smoking is very harmful during pregnancy. One should totally avoid it for one’s health and one’s baby’s health. It have harmful effects on foetus and also to fertility. The PAH present in cigarettes, can destroy the eggs when they are still in the ovaries.
